We are a registered charity number 1161110 dedicated to supporting those affected by cancer in the Dorset area. We offer a friendly meeting place with creative projects to help cancer sufferers, their families and carers continue to live fulfilling lives. A list of our classes and opening hours can be found on our website. Most groups and activities are provided free of charge and all are available to anyone affected by cancer, patients, carers and family members in the Dorset area.
We provide a friendly meeting place where through craft therapy, just for a moment whether concentrating on learning new skills or developing old ones - you can engage yourself so deeply that you can escape your deepest fears for a while. The workshop has a whole host of social activities taking place throughout the year including: Coffee mornings; Craft workshops; Walks and day trips. Most groups and activities are provided free of charge and all are available to anyone affected by cancer, patients, carers and family members. Each group provides friendship, peer support and relaxation in a welcoming and supportive environment.
